Aldo was very helpful with directions and recommendations and even offered to drive us to the bus stop. Breakfast each morning was very good. The location was perfect for our needs.

This was very disappointing. We weren’t notified about our stay until the same day while we were traveling. Unable to read email. When we arrived there was no one on location and after finally contacting we were informed to wait another hour and 30 minutes. Communication was never in English. Staff was totally unreliable. Location is far from town and isolated. Would not recommend. We stayed in another location.

Marielena was very quick to respond to questions. Our family of 5 had a last minute stop in Lanciano, and she accommodated us beautifully with two apartments. A/C worked well. Rooms clean, quiet, there was even water for us in the fridge.
